Responsibilities:
Operations and Support - daily system monitoring, verifying and reviewing all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes etc.
Regular security monitoring to identify possible disturbance, performing daily backup operations
Maintenance - maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures. Performing regular updates & upgrades as and when necessary
Investigating and troubleshoot all issues related to IT infrastructure for internal teams or clients using telephone/emails etc
Provisioning - install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements of the company/client
Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures and system standards
Provide support on hardware/software and peripherals including Windows 7/10, Server 2008/2012, Microsoft Office 365
To perform general troubleshooting for hardware problems
Administering and Implementing LANs/WANs internet/intranet
Provide support to distribute internet in the projects & support on VPN connectivity between the sites
Communicate and negotiate with users, specialists, other staff and suppliers
Network connectivity troubleshooting, ping, tracert, telnet
VLAN configuration/troubleshooting
Managing Kaspersky Server and Client side
Identify and repair common software problems on Windows desktops such as virus infections, incorrect network configuration and applications software configuration problems
Monitor and respond to support requests using an automated helpdesk system
Provide appropriate responses or escalate problems as necessary
Configures and maintains help desk software and data
Provide assistance to the team in any new project Infrastructure readiness
Flexible to move to different Projects to assist on any urgency or severity
Managing all Fingerprint machines to support HR operations
Configuring and managing all security CCTV cameras to Support security Operations

Strong IT Infrastructure Domain knowledge
Good Problem Solving skills
Decision making ability
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Passionate about growing employee engagement, team player with a passion on learning new technologies & sharing knowledge and innovative ideas
Enthusiastic or urge in learning new technologies and application as per the requirement
Strong team player and display good people skill when interacting with Business users,
Functional and Technical team to meet the project deadlines
Knowledge of Cloud is a plus
Good in English read and write. Arabic is a Plus
