RAMS Manager (Riyadh Metro Project)

Representing of the project RAM for the scope of CJV group and ensuring its management and control

Responsible for the implementation of the RAM policy for te TSY system

Point of contact to the FAST system assurance coordinator, and the other partners of the consortium for all RAM matters related to the CJV scope during the project phase

Performing the CJV system level RAM activities thet involve several subsystem part of the CJV scope

Coordinating the maintenance plans with the supplier and procurement team

Leading the hazard analysis for the civil and M&E;works at the appropriate stages of the project.

Leading the hazard analysis for the civil portion of works for the civil and facility mechanical and Electrical (M&E;) works
Establishing a failure breakdown structure and coordinating with the project RAMS coordinator and package managers
Being the point of contact for the independent safety enigneer as appropriate

Leading the verification of implementation of requirements relevant to RAMS

Defining the project breakdown structure for civil scope of works

Co-coordinating with other consortium entities and project reqiurement manager on Architecture of the requirements database & allocation of requirements

Participating in requirements meeting and workshop

Managing the requirements database or modules

Coordinating with interface manager and RAMS manager to identity, approve and implement new requirements

Coordinating and preparing the requirements deliverabies

Specifying and updating requirements contents and specification

Distributing the requirements to the relevant package manager

Leading the validation and verification activities for the produces design

Approving the preliminary verification and validation plans.

Establishing and maintaining traceability to and from system level requirements

Developing and maintaining requirements management documentation

المهارات
BS or MS of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 10 to 15 years on the field

English good level

Computer skills: RAMS Tools : RELEX, RELIASOFT, ISOGRAPH, RAM COMMANDER, COMPLY PRO Scientific Tool : MATLAB, GRAFCET, AUTOCAD Documentation Management Tool : ACONEX, GESDOC, ADVITIUM, CLEAR QUEST, MEZZOTEAM Office Automation : Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point

For non Saudi nationals: in KSA with transferable Iqama (COMPANY NOT PERSONAL), or living in his home country.

Willing to work 60 hours per week (10 hours/day, 6 days/week).
