Area Maintenance Manager

Oversee and manage the development, implementation and maintenance of the company’s in Al Qassim, Riyadh, North Region and South Region

Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.·

Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.

Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.

Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.

Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.

Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.

Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.

Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.

Ensure health and safety policies are complied with

المهارات
Proven experience as maintenance manager.

Experience in planning maintenance operations.

Solid understanding of technical and maintenance aspects.

Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.

Ability to keep track of and report on activity.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.

BSc/BA in facility management or relevant degree.

Certified Maintenance Manager will be a plus.

Experience in fuel stations and fuel lines
