We are currently looking to recruit a Store Manager for a Multinational Leading Jewellery Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Based on the recent government program (Saudization), this role is only open for Saudi nationals.
Responsibilities:
Leading a team of and supporting the sales and operations
Ensuring excellent customer service is being implemented on the shop floor
Managing daily store operations and maximize performance
Motivating the team and conducting coaching and training
Managing the monthly sales report
Ensuring sales target is being met

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Luxury/ High End Retail
Strong experience in daily store operations and achieving sales targets
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to train and motivate a team
