Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assesses, plans and implements and evaluates individual patient care.
• Undertakes the role of the primary care provider specific to defined patient group.
• Establishes a good working environment in which patients receive high standards of care.
• Takes responsibility for the direct delivery of professional and competent patient care by promoting quality care standards.
• Participates in the scientific nursing practice initialing: assessing, planning, delivery of care, evaluation and monitoring of individualized patient care.
• Maintains safety and well being of patients and staff in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Provides therapeutic, safe, personalized physical and psychological environment of patient care.
• Facilitates pre — operative and receiving post operative patients for gynecological and obstetrics procedures (electives and emergencies).
• Receiving and caring of term and neonatal neonate.
• Comprehensive admission and discharge of a pregnant woman of
