Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and prices to assist clients in their purchases
Supervise the team of sales associates to ensure a consistent and perfect showroom experience
Ensure a smooth sales process by gathering sales insights and giving recommendations on enhancing processes and offerings
Implement sales strategies and be responsible for meeting sales targets and retaining clients
Build professional relationships with clients, suppliers, interior designers and other third parties
Create engaging, creative and stunning showroom displays with an eye for detail
Organize and host events at the showroom
Manage the sales associates by setting monthly schedules, holding performance reviews and running training sessions
المهارات
Familiarity with leading architecture and design offices in Saudi Arabia
Passion for design in all its forms (from architecture, to furniture, to fashion) and being up-to-date with the latest trends
Sales experience
An interior design or architecture background (preferable)
Microsoft Office
CAD
Customer service
Fluency in Arabic and English
