Project Manager with operational and project experience, a major project for Floating Desalination Plants.
• Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
• Support technical and operational needs and be part of the working committee with advisors for items related to RO plants including specifications, licenses and permits.
• Work closely with the owner’s engineers to execute all technical, economical, construction and pre/post contractual activities during the entire project execution phase as well as Client management;
• Identify resource needs and work within the departments and manage resources in place;
• Work closely and manage relationships with third party owners engineering who will be assigned to the project;
• Review the technical reports, documents, designs and cost estimates submitted by the EPC Contractor and ensure they follow the EPC schedule and budget;
• Ensure the HSE process for the project in place and strictly followed;
• Prepares the project risk register with actions for risk mitigation reduction; monitor and update;
