الوصف الوظيفي · Responsible for performing administrative duties in and outside the office. The office clerk will be responsible to collect the important request for proposal document and deliver critical proposals to clients, ensure that packages or messages are delivered in a time efficient manner. Display service-oriented mentality and responds to customer needs with a sense of urgency, they will purchase office groceries/ supplies and communicate with the vendor to request office supplies items. · Receive and submit official documents from chamber of commerce and other government entities as assigned, also will support reception team and provide all other staff with administrative support as necessary, provide short-term reception cover as necessary such as greeting visitors , assist with room booking and opening the door. · Provide administrative support when required; printing, binding, copying, faxing, scanning and filing, perform other office duties as assigned. Restock supply closet with printing papers, pens, paper clips, staplers, etc. · Work closely with the reception, ensure cleanliness of all work areas, including printing rooms and Mailroom, keeping storage and receiving areas clean and tidy at all times. · Assume dispatch duties as necessary and perform other office duties as assigned.
