الوصف الوظيفي § Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. § Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. § Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations. § Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors. § Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory. § Meet contractual conditions of performance. § Review the work progress on daily basis. § Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status. § Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones. § Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses. § Analyze, manage and mitigate risks. § Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques. § Communicating with a range of people including the client, subcontractors, suppliers, the public and the workforce. § Overseeing the running of several projects. § Making safety inspections of the site when work is underway and ensuring regulations relating to health, safety and the environment (HSE) are adhered to. § Preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, buyers, estimators and surveyors before construction work starts. § Developing the programme of work and strategy for making the project happen. المهارات Bachelor degre of civil engineer or architect engineer. § To be a forward planner. § Exceptional people skills. § Ability to present ideas and negotiate. § Good problem solving skills. § IT skills. § Active Listening. § Reading Comprehension. § Time Management. § Management of Personnel Resources. § Judgment and Decision Making. § System analysis.
