Looking for Sales Executive who is self-motivated, a forever learner with ability to work under pressure. Sales Executive will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction. Sales Executive will be representing company to renowned Multinational Companies in territory/segment.
The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
Job Description/Responsibilities
Plan, identify and establish contacts with new customers. Prepare quotations in line with the company pricing policy.
Generate sales at profitable prices in defined territory/segment according to the demands & targets of company.
Penetrate existing accounts to generate higher volumes and sharing knowledge and expertise with buyers/users to
assist them make most of the products supplied.
Organize meetings, follow-up visits and report daily, weekly, monthly & annually in writing about sales activities, the
status of the pending projects and achievements. Create database, regularly updating and using it to grow sales
volume.
Prepare sales forecasts and continuously update it according to situation in market.
Report all relevant market information collected during meetings concerning competition, trends, prices, customer
needs etc.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, networking and social media.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Participate in determining sales objectives and budgets, ensure that sales targets are met/exceeded.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with whole sales team to achieve better results.
المهارات
Bachelors in any stream is a minimum requirement. BBA will be a plus.
Candidate with driving license will be preferred.
Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role preferably in packaging products manufacturing company,
prior experience of conducting B2B & B2C sales in flexible packaging company will be a plus.
Skilled to understand & negotiate contracts, terms & conditions.
Knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook is must. Prior knowledge of ERP will be a plus.
Smart, business mathematics, analyst, problem solving, IQ level.
Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills.
Proficiency in English & Arabic.
Effective selling and negotiating techniques.
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
