* Preparation for all shop drawings as per the tender drawings and as per the site conditions.

* Minimum 10 Years of experience into architect filed Required.

· approvals for the materials in light of project specs and as per contract, (flooring, paint colors, etc.)
· Preparation all materials and shop drawing submittal.
· Preparation of MR (Material Request) as per site request and to be checked as per project requirements, specs, quantity …etc

· Coordinate the time schedule for projects to trouble shoot any delay may cause and able to determine the delay reasons.
· Following all site activities and Quality Assurance, record keeping management and
Auditing to prepare reports for company projects progress as a data required for projects monitoring. 
· Preparation of coordination drawings for all disciplines to avoid any clash may cause during project execution.
· Estimating quantities of projects and able to compare it with BOQ to determine the excess Quantity, Variation Orders …etc.
· Quality Assurance, record keeping management and Auditing.
· able for controlling the requested documents of technical department (i.e shop drawings status, material status, reports, Q.S Files…etc

Salary Negotiable for the right candidates. Mode of interview cv then Skype/IMO interview.
