Responsibilities
The position will required interface with customers in coordination and collaboration with SAPL team and Federal team to understand their needs, requirements and urgency for specific opportunities:
Assist management of a portfolio of Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) accounts for well-predefined focused industry verticals
Propose and help craft business development strategies for KSA. Advise management on ways to monitor and improve BD activities in country
Collaborate with local business SAPL Sales teams and Federal team to target identified CIP programs and opportunities and drive them towards closure
Partner with lead partners and capture managers to influence requirements to support discriminating services and sustainment solutions
Act as specifier to drive specs in tenders, engage with consultants and contractors to create and shape opportunities
Map CIP & defense vertical industry, end users, consultants and contractors across the kingdom
Ensure coordinated sales activities on strategic pursuits within Parsons team
Identify channels, alliances and partnerships to grow CIP, defense Business
Provide accurate and timely forecasts of orders and growth opportunities
Be able to report weekly performance to the leadership of specific accounts and opportunities
Support and align to bidding Processes: identified sales opportunities; ensure approved sales processes are followed and company procedures and systems are effectively deployed in the geographic area
Early engagement to influence tech selections and compliance
The ability to travel through the country as the business and opportunities demand, occasionally at short notice.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of CIP technical experience and defense business development
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience establishing and maintaining good working relationships
Establish credibility and respect for self and Parsons internally and externally
Effective communicator to internal & external resources and customers
English & Native Arabic language proficiency
Preferred expertise in building successful sales pipeline and generating growth in the field of Critical Infrastructure Protections, or defense
Capable of balancing short-term results with long term strategy
Execute effective negotiation strategies and plans
Technical background preferred with hands-on experience in integrated systems is desired
Saudi Citizen preferred, but Saudi Cultural experience is a must
Ability to obtain a locally based security clearance is desired.
