Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description:

You will be responsible for the complete procurement & vendor management of onsite FM sub-contractors (both hard & soft services) of a portfolio of modern buildings, in compliance with local Laws & Regulations.

المهارات
Requirements:

· University Degree (Engineering);

· Experience in the integration of all building services (water, heating, lighting, electricity and ventilation)

· Working knowledge and understanding of UAE codes and regulations, development of facility operating budgets, procurement planning, vendor selection, tendering, contracts, vendor management & performance reviews;

· Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability

· Excellent verbal/written communication (fluency in English is a must) and presentation skills with a proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service

· Valid UAE drivers license
