Job Description and Requirements The Sales engineer will be reporting to the section Sales Manager and responsible for Plan, locate and establish contacts with new customers, and sell IT/Telecom Product such As IP Telephony, Contact Centers, Network, and Servers/storage. Key Responsibilities • Work under supervision of the sector Sales Manger • Acts as a primary point-of-contact for customers to ensure high level of customer satisfaction • Manage and maintain relationship with the customers. • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers. • Prepare and present proposals, presentations and RFP responses. • Gathering market and customer information. • Organize follow-up visits and report weekly in writing about your sales Organize follow-up visits and report weekly in writing about your sales. • Develop technical background by attending seminars, trainings, and workshops for different manufacturers. • Work internally with the technical team, quotation team, customer service for the client’s satisfaction
