Job Description and Requirements
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Qualifications:

Essential:
Technical - Will hold a relevant degree or
equivalent qualification
Applicants who do not have a degree qualification
may be considered for the post if they have completed a recognised
apprenticeship or a relevant alternative period of training and obtained
a Higher National Diploma, BTEC, SCOTVEC in Cartography, and or GIS,
plus have practical experience in that trade or specialism.
Desirable:

Experience and Skills

Essential:
Demonstrates extensive experience in a drawing
office environment.
Proven competence in AutoCAD.
Full knowledge of 2D AutoCAD (ideally version
2012) especially the use of x-refs and custom User Coordinate system (UCS).
Demonstrates competence and confidence in dealing
with people who do not have English as their first language.
Ability to provide accurate technical expertise
and advice to staff / departments as and when required.
Experience of building strong relationships with
clients and senior management and to demonstrate a clear “customer
focus”.
Full Driving License.
Demonstrates fluency in English language levels to
a minimum of STANAG level 3333.

Desirable:
Ability to demonstrate a full and up to date
understanding of KBR corporate procedures and capabilities, or
similar typical corporate procedures.
