Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Management Studies.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in field of quality and performance management.
• Experience of working within the GCC is Preferred
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
• Head up performance team to deliver related managing agent services to the client.
• Develop and implement auditing regime to ensure that all SLA and KPI’s are measured monthly
• In conjunction with the commercial manager, develop reporting formats to present findings and justify performance levels
• In conjunction with the commercial manager, agree ‘pain/gain’ share to be applied against each service provider
• In conjunction with CAFM manager, develop dashboard style reports to provide ‘real time’ status on performance. Develop and implement a ‘heads up’ programme
• In conjunction with CAFM manager and helpdesk manager, develop and implement various customer satisfaction surveys/metrics. Develop, prepare and present dashboard style reports on same (periodic and trend)
• In conjunction with HOD or supply chain representative, develop improvement action plan and manage implementation of same
• To provide mentoring, training, management and guidance to team in accordance with contract and work within the guidelines of the client’s and company’s related policies
• Help to develop/review IMS policies and procedures as required
• Assist the commercial manager to Undertake anti money laundering checks on potential/new clients as required in line with company policy
• Carry out regular building safety inspections and advise on corrective action required
• Carry out quarterly fire safety inspections of the buildings and advise on corrective action required
• Help to develop and implement related training programme and modules to FM-MA staff and supply chain
• Develop and deliver site induction programme for FM-MA staff and supply chain
• To meet or exceed Targets and KPI requirements set by senior management from time to time.
• Provide periodic and ad hoc reports as required to agreed format and timing
• Other subject related duties as appropriate and required
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Establish and maintain good working relationships and lines of communication with client and supply chain representatives
• Management of staff, vendors and supply chain from a performance perspective
• Monitoring of daily information from CAFM database in order to provide ‘heads up’ status reports
• Conduct regular service and systems audits
• Strive for continuous improvement in staff technical and management competency
• Assist in the preparation and review plant operation, emergency plan, contingency plan, annual plan etc as required
• Conduct weekly/daily team pass-down meetings and update staff of major works, project activities, contract performance and organization goals
• Training and development of staff in line with agreed training schedules
• Provide effective subject related technical advice and solutions to client
• Introduce continued improvement and optimization operation of Facility systems
• Perform emergency support duty, if required
• Enforce and adopt safety measures among all subordinates
• Assist and support in the Operational execution according to the Contract Documents.
• Assist in the development and execution of detailed knowledge transfer programme
