Inventory Controller

Job Description: Performs audit of local and overseas suppliers’ invoices for materials and spare parts in coordination with assigned supervisor to ensure proper control over company assets and properties and appropriate evaluation of inventory stocks in warehouses. Includes preparing payment authorizations, generating related reports from the inventory accounting system and reviewing inventory issues on a daily basis for ensuring accuracy of data and physical inventory. Participates in annual stocktaking as assigned.

Responsibilities:

·In time system updates for all the inventory transactions, receiving, issuing and transfer.
·Control the execution of approved sales orders and purchase orders, and report about it on daily bases.
·Monitor the status of incoming shipments and report about it on daily bases.
·Monitor the status of delivery plan and report about it on daily bases.
·Monitor and control the stock status and report the changes and movements on daily/ monthly bases in terms of value and quantity.
·Monitor the stock item cards and reconcile them with the book records.
·Quality control in terms of stock keeping, effective storage, packing, data accuracy, saving company assets and in time invoicing.
·Quality control in terms of compliance of internal and external laws and regulations.
·Quality control in terms of inventory mapping and categorizing.
·Proactive Coordination with storekeeper to issue Sales Invoice at the time of Material Dispatch along with the Delivery note.
·Responsible for Maintaining & Updating records such as Slow-Moving Stock, Dead Stock & Moving Items.
·Should be able to provide actual On-Hand stock without any deviation with physical available Quantities.
·Review documentation & monitor product codes (ISBN’s) & Change accordingly if there is any mismatch B/W ERP & Book ISBN.
·Perform periodic Inventory count to avoid any discrepancies.
·Comply with the company code of ethics.

المهارات
·Saudis Preferred

·Minimum 4 years as cost accountant or inventory controller

·Well-versed with using Computer, Outlook & Excel (Vlookup’s, Pivot table, etc..).

·Must be fluent in English and can understand Arabic speakers

·Bachelor degree in accounting
