Regional Warehouse Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
• Effectively manage resources, provide task allocation considering segregation of duties, Provide Backup plan and ensure people accountability to complete their tasks on time.
• Lead the improvement of warehouse layout and bin structure and ensure periodic validation for bin accuracy.
• Develop and review operational performance reporting (Daily inbound-outbound and capacity)
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and evaluate CAPEX requirements for warehouses.
• Solve adequately any occurring issue in warehouse operations.
• Ensure high level of customer service and on time order delivery.
• Ensure maintenance of the building, warehouse equipment safety and security.
• Manage the performance and the relationship with transportation service providers.
• Lead the periodic stock counts and ensure on time replication of inventory adjustments on SAP.
• Anticipate operational challenges and take preventive actions accordingly.
• Provide people performance evaluation twice a year.

• Evaluate current warehousing processes and provide recommendation for process optimization.
