Job Description and Requirements
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Construction Management or any related field – MBA is preferred
At least 8 – 15 years experience
Minimum 5+ years experience in a Senior Real Estate or Hospitality Development position
4+ years experience experinece in the MENA region
At least 2 years experience working on hotel projects – preferably worked for international hotel chain brand construction
Must have experience in conceptualising new real estate investments and developments
Experience in Project Management and Leading Real Estate Development Projects
Strong experience covering various development projects including compounds, hotels, acquisitions, construction and real estate projects
Experience managing finance, HR and other support functions is preferred
Must be capable of understanding and integrating within the company culture and must be sensitive to and comfortable working within the international environment represented by company
Should have been responsible for a large region – preferably multiple countries/ city locations
Open to Saudi and Arab nationals based anywhere now, with MENA experience
Salary/Compensation
Salary to be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview performance
Salary is between 40k – 50k SAR per month base
