Civil Engineer - Site

Work experience (5-7 years) working inside the sites and has the following skills:
1. Supervising the implementation of all activities in the project.
2. Work as a key technical advisor to subcontractors, craftsmen and workers.
3. Supervising the surveying area and fixing the boundaries, angles and levels of the work site.
4. Verifying of quantities and accuracy of the technical calculations at first-hand.
5. Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are in line with specifications, drawings, contract and approval of the supervising authority.
6. Daily supervision of the sites and follow-up of the workforce and the work of subcontractors.
7. Coordination with the relevant government agencies to ensure that local construction regulations and laws are not violated.
8. Supervising the application of OSHA standards on the site.
9. Preparing daily and weekly completion reports and any other paperwork required to ensure the smooth running of the site without obstacles.
10. Attending technical meetings with consultants and employers periodically (or upon request).
11. Solving of technical problems, issues, and difficulties that affect the progress of work in projects according to schedule.
12. Verification and continuous technical review of technical designs and plans to ensure that they are applied correctly.
13. Coordination and follow-up with the direct manager to secure and supply the necessary materials to implement the projects.
14. Carry out a periodic evaluation of the project’s requirements for the workforce, depending on the size of work being carried out or the work that will begin and that will be submitted to the direct manager for necessary action.
15. Review the abstracts and the financial payments due to the contractors and workers in the project according to the contracts concluded, and thus raise to the direct manager to take the necessary action.
