Business Development Manager

We are looking for the Business Development Manager

Marital Status : Unmarried

Technical Ability: Familiarity with computer applications especially Microsoft office and its minor software

GCC Experience: Must have experience in KSA, preferably in Eastern Province with transferable Iqama and Saudi Driver’s license

Core Responsibilities:

> Identifying new sales leads, cold calls and pitching products and/or services.
> Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients and generating leads.
> Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
> Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
> Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
> Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
> Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products or services.
> Developing quotes and proposals, negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
> Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
> Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
> Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
> Planning and preparing presentations.
> Communicating new product or service developments to prospective clients.
> Overseeing the development of marketing literature and tools.
> Writing reports, and providing management with feedback.
