Job Description and Requirements · Providing efficient and professional solutions in project management, Design, Estimation, Execution, Supervision, co-ordination and the successful completion of Real Estate project. · Good Coordination skills in dealing with Sub-contractors and other service Contractors · Prepare and control the project cash flow including expenditures to ensure the timely & cost effective completion of projects · Prepare contractual documentation including weekly & monthly reports to management · Attending technical and progress meetings with clients and consultants · Must be a team leader, well organized & target oriented capabilities, with good commercial & technical experience Education BSc in Architectural Engineering or other related course Minimum Experience And Knowledge 10 years in GCC region with Degree holder specialized in technical layout & management in design engineering in prestigious residential buildings, real estate property etc. |
