الوصف الوظيفي
Duties and Responsibilities:  .4.1.1 Training of new radiology staff “how to use the PACS” Workflow, and other functions related to daily work. 4.1.2 Training of Physicians and other staff of hospital about “how to use the system” 4.1.3 Issuing of usernames and passwords for radiology staff, physicians, and other hospital staff as required.: 4.2 Trouble Shooting: 4.2.1 Daily troubleshooting of any problems the end users might have with the system. This includes radiology staff and other hospital staff. Hardware and software problems that could be solved either independently or with remote assistance from service engineers are dealt with accordingly. Other problems that can’t be solved are referred to the service centre at Riyadh. 4.2.2 Coordinate with the service engineers to solve serious problems with the system. 4.2.3 Coordinate with the service engineers to solve problems concerning unwanted reports, unspecified studies, etc.
4.3 Collaboration/Coordination with IT & EC:
4.3.1 Coordinate with IT & EC for any HIS system problems or upgrade which can be reflected on the performance of the PACS/RIS. 4.3.2 Coordinate with IT & EC for the integration between the HIS and the web order/ referral module and its speed.
4.4 Preventive Maintenance
4.4.1 Support and help the service engineers when they visit the site for their regular PMS or when they visit the site for any corrective action.
4.5 Producing DVD Copies of studies as requested by physicians/patients.
4.6 Upload of outside studies approved by department.
4.7 Crush-down of the system: 4.7.1 In case of RIS-crush-down: Ref, PPG SMS RMI 017 4.7.2 In case of PACS/RIS crush-down: Ref PPG SMS/RMI 017
المهارات
. 6.1.2 Preferably should have previous experience in working in the field of Radiodiagnostics Department.
6.2 Personal Qualities
6.2.1 The applicant must be able to demonstrate managerial qualities. 6.2.2 The applicant must be able to demonstrate problem-solving abilities. 6.2.3 The applicant will set and maintain professional standards and attitudes. 6.2.4 The candidate will respects policies set at the levels of the Directorate, the Hospital and the company.
