Duties and Responsibilities:  Advise and distribute work between junior staff and control the working area.Communicate with the medical and nursing staff to clarify and solve difficulties which are not solved or could not be solved by Pharmacists.Assist in the orientation/training and continuous education plans. Participates in the daily dispensing practices (e.g. medication order review, checking. unit-dose dispensing. medication reconciliation) in a professional and ethical Assists in stock control within the pharmacies and coordinate with warehouse, clinics, nurse stations and physicians to dispense near expiry medications whenever To supervise technicians in aseptic and non-aseptic compounding including parenteral Counsel patients on the effects, dosage and route administration treatment of the Respond to drug information queries in a timely and professional Refer pending and unresolved difficulties to senior level (e.g. pharmacy supervisor or clinical Pharmacist) Help pharmacy supervisor to smoothly operate the area without unnecessary Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge, skills and Performs other duties as Covers 24 hours on call duties, evening and night shifts, weekends and holiday9 24 hours shifts as directed by
