الوصف الوظيفي
• Support the design and implementation of career development and performance management programs strategies, processes, and tools. Support and maintain high potential career development program policies, processes, procedures, tools, and guidelines.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of enterprise-wide core career path model (both professional and non-management).
• Develop work plans for specific talent initiatives. Support performance management program design and strategy.
• Assist in the development of policies, guidelines, and tools to support managers throughout the performance management process.
• Maintain and communicate the annual calendar for the enterprise performance management process.
• Work with the organization to ensure performance management processes are being adhered to.
• Develop work plans for specific performance management initiatives.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex Employee Service Center (ESC) inquiries related to performance management as required.
• Provide content and work with departmental Heads to communicate career development and performance management programs, procedures, and timelines.
• Perform any other job-related activities as assigned by the line manager
