Main purpose of the role In pertaining to policy development, safety inspections, safety training and compliance with Unilever Standards.  Main accountabilites 1. Creating a Safety Culture in the organisation
2.Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations in Office and Warehouses.
3.Creating analytical reports of safety data
4.Presenting safety principles to staff in meetings or lecture-type training sessions
5.Creating safety plans that include suggested improvements to existing infrastructure and business processes
6.Meeting company health and safety goals
7.Investigating causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions on the job site and Warehouses
8.Reviewing and reporting on the staff’s compliance with health and safety rules and recommending commendations or dismissal based on performance
9.Conduct safety and environmental audit for office and our external warehouses
10.Develop, implement and evaluate health and safety programs and strategies
11. Conducting EMergency evacation drills for office and warehoues
12. Creating plan for Emergency Response team for Office and Warehouse
13. Conducting Safety Training for Employees
14. Supporting the SAFE TRAVEL for centre and east reagion
المهارات
Maximum 5 years experience
Strong leader
Working knowledge in Deliver general skills
