Energy Efficiency Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
• Certified Engineer ( CEM or CEA ).
• Certified Engineer ( CMVP ).
• Conducting full Energy audit for all type of facilities: Industrial, Commercial, and Residential regarding all kinds of energy consuming system (Pump, Lighting, HVAC, BMS, Etc.)

• Performing energy audit activities ASHRAE standards (level 0, 1 ,2 and level 3).
• Preparing project proposals, documents and contracts for potential customers, starting
from client contact, pre-audit preparation, data collection, site visits and report writing.

• Analysing all energy consuming systems: Lighting, HVAC systems (split units, package units, chillers), Electromechanical drives (motors, pumps and fans), Electrical systems and industrial processes.

• Lead technical due diligence activities including review of technology, design, execution
plans, O&M;and performance metrics, project capital costs, and contracts.
Key Responsibilities
• Directing full energy audits for the commercial and industrial facilities.
• Supervising the data collection process (Pre-Audit) from the customer (bills and drawings analysis, benchmarking, performance analysis).
• Preparing proposals for the potential customers (technical and financial).
• Site survey for the new customers to pinpoint the potential savings.
• Leading energy audit in all levels regarding ASHRAE standards (1, 2 & 3) with respect to the needs of the customer.
• Recommending proven solutions (Fit for Purpose) for the implemented projects for the commercial buildings.
• Working and directing projects with Tarsheed: The National Energy Services Company (NESCO)).
• Performing all details of the EPC (Energy Performance Contract) and conducting DFS (Detailed Facility Study) regarding Tarsheed.
• Preparing Operation and Maintenance (O&M;), Measurements and Verification (M&V;) plans for the implemented projects.
• Preparing Facility Management (FM) Plan for the ready projects regarding the routine and non-routine works of Operation & Maintenance.
المهارات
Bachelor Degree in engineering or any related field. Sales skills. Communication skills. A solid technical background. The ability to build relationships with clients quickly. Teamwork.
