Senior UX Analyst

Day to Day Operations:
Follow the day-to-day operations
Report on a regular basis to the Centre of Excellence Manager on his operational activities, challenges and issues faced, mitigations taken, etc. as required, to keep them informed and updated on the activities performed.
Follow all relevant department policies, processes, procedures and instructions.
Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role.
User Experience • Analyze the needs of the target users • Analyze end-to-end customer journeys and user workflows, and key usage data to understand opportunities to improve user experience • Plan and execute user feedback and data gathering activities
Obtain customer/ business buy-in for the proposed designs through prototyping
UX Frameworks/Standards
المهارات
Total 7+ years of experience in IT, 5+ years of experience in User Experience
Strong design skills and solid knowledge of design principles and methods
Strong experience with fundamental user-cantered, usability and interaction design principles
Experience working with UI Technologies
Experience in working across organizational boundaries to define, manage and prioritize work
Experience in executing techniques such as field observations, contextual inquiries, usability testing, focus group facilitation, interviews to determine user needs and define usability requirements during projects
An understanding of user experience design principles and guidelines
Ability to develop the user interface prototypes
Experience in collaborating with visual designers to create graphical renditions of wireframes
