Change Management Consultant

Our client is now recruiting for a Change Management Consultant. This position will be based in Saudi Arabia. As a senior level individual contributor, this position partners with the Human Resources (HR) team and line management to align strategic employee development initiatives with business to drive continuous improvement. Requirements:
Experience related to successful delivery of change management.
Bachelor’s degree in learning, communications, organization behaviour, organization development or similar fields.
Background in individual and/or organizational psychology would be a plus.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in change management areas such as communications, training and support, leadership engagement or change network management.
Experience in other related areas such as HR & Talent Mgmt., Learning & Collaboration, Organization Effectiveness (e.g. Organization Design, Culture Transformation, Leadership Effectiveness, etc.)
المهارات
Potential candidates should ideally have experience in the following:
•Line management experience in management roles at middle to senior positions
•Knowledge of several business management areas and practices
•Regional consulting and line management experience strongly preferred
•Excellent written and spoken English. Arabic skill is required
