General Manager Restaurant

On behalf of our client, a leading outdoor shopping center developer in the Kingdom we are seeking a General Manager for a high-end Restaurant chain Based in Riyadh you will identify market potential by surveying market restaurant demand; conferring with people in the community; identifying and evaluating competitors and potential global brands; preparing financial, market, and sales projections, analyses, and estimates.
Develop annual business plans, presenting them to the board for approval, then ensuring that all financial and operational objectives are met and exceeded.
Develop and prepare strategic and annual forecasts and budgets; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions; establishing and monitoring financial controls; developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
Provide shareholders with monthly in-house financials.
Ensuring that the company has strong and sufficient systems, policies and procedures in place including Finance, HR, IT, Operations, etc.
Attract patrons by developing and implementing marketing, advertising, public and community relations programs; evaluating program results; identifying and tracking changing demands.
Maintain patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; initiating improvements; building relationships with preferred patrons.
Accomplish company human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling, and disciplining management staff; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions as approved by the board; enforcing policies and procedures.
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations; maintaining security systems.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in the restaurant industry; attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Accomplish company goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Liaise with multiple Franchisors and JV’s and manages the relationship.
Oversee the performance of all brands operating under the company to ensure that they are in compliance with all local laws & regulations, operational & financial standards, etc.
Oversee and coordinate directly will all related parties to ensure that the company’s growth plans are met in a timely manner.
Effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the business to ensure that all objectives
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 7 years in the Fine Dining Restaurant industry with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Bilingual Arabic and English language skills.
Experience in Cost Accounting, Developing Budgets, and Financial Planning and Strategy
Sound Decision Making, Process Improvement, Strategic Planning skills
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Very customer-focused.
