SQA specialist ( Systems specialist )

الوصف الوظيفي
Work closely with business to understand their requirements and transform it to written procedures, also to work with middle management to set rules & regulations in respective area
• Working closely with business Group leadership in identifying improvement initiatives enhancing cost (optimization, automation, transformation), quality and customer satisfaction & lead those improvement initiatives till delivering targeted business value.
• Develop, document and ensure implementation for corporate & divisional Policies, procedures, forms and instructions for the business.
• Conduct RCA to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.
• Work with different stakeholders to effectively develop recommendations to resolve repeatable problems & ensure implementation of effective CAPA.
• participate in the quality assurance activities in the developed systems to keep high standards of serving customers.
• work on SQA risk register activities and identify mitigation plans accordingly.
• Improve systems output data to guarantee better business understanding and guide to operational excellence.
• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends. • Reporting on progress on implementation of objectives their respective (KPIs) as required.
المهارات
Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration, or HR Management Minimum Experience: 2 years in related field Generic Skills:
• SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Proficiency of the English Language is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications Specially (Word – Excel – Visio – Outlook – PowerPoint).
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent listening & communication skills.
