Security Design Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
• Manage drafting, design and deliverable functions of government security systems contracts.
• Provides pre-sale support regarding company’s manufactured products to the company’s customer base and internal sales employees.
• Support pre-sales activity, up through the ordering of the product.
• Maintains current information of all products manufactured by the company; to include the various network capabilities or computers, which may be utilized in the field in situations such as Access Control.
• Monitors all products closely which are provided from other vendors, and utilized in the application with company’s products.
• Performs Pre-Site visits to ensure products sold to our customers will meet the site conditions.
• Report monthly design activities and analyze corrective actions in the design function.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
المهارات
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the Electronic Security Industry with at least 3 years of related design responsibility in integrated systems.
• Minimum of 2 years technical management roles
• Experienced in systems design, implementation, wiring, retrofitting systems, integration of systems, central station equipment, Wide and Local area networks and associated equipment, Access Control, CCTV and Intrusion Detection Systems.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in reading and interpreting Security Systems Specifications, including NEC codes
