To ensure the achievement of company sales targets by managing the operational tasks and promote the brand image by applying the highest customer service standards and SOP through team.
Support the sales director/ GM in sales forecasting and business plan.
Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly reports to explain performance.
Highlight new customer trends and needs, track competitors, and provide product feedback.
Ensure that all sales teams within the area are following the company and departmental policies and procedures.
Complete the audits Report successfully.
Ensure proper implementation of promotional activities and marketing visuals.
Contribute in and Highlight any training requirements for team members to improve their skills, and following up the implementation of training activities.
Control cash flow and sales deposits activities.
Control store/ area expenses and operations cost.
Ensure the accuracy of stock at stores all the time and lease with the stock control department for stock counting.
Lease with merchandise and supply chain departments to solve any stock related issues
