Senior Project Manager/Associate Director (PV Solar & Wind IPP) Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 55,000 to 65,000 SAR per month plus benefits The Project • The Developer of one of Saudi Arabia’s mega projects, being developed as part of their 2030 Vision. • The Developer is looking to develop a complete Power, Grid and Water Infrastructure. • This opportunity is involved from the bidding stage, using the IPP model, through to project execution. • For the power component of the infrastructure they will be using Solar PV Wind technologies.  The Responsibilities • To lead the overall program of works associated with the development, contract award and project execution of Solar PV and Wind projects. • Provide leadership and direction to the project team. Oversee the work executed by various contractors and consultants.  • Take responsibility for all aspects of schedule, cost and QHSE related to the various PV Solar and Wind projects.  • Work with the commercial and procurement teams to provide the necessary technical support during the various bidding stages.  • Overall accountability for project management and risk management.  • Oversight of all HSQE considerations associated with the projects. • Compliance with all the company’s relevant policies and procedures.
المهارات
The Candidate • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. • 18+ years professional experience, 4 in a senior management position.  • Previous Developer or Consultant side experience with renewable energy projects. • Strong practical understanding of the IPP model.  • Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC Countries will be a distinct advantage.  The Benefits • 55,000 to 65,000 SAR per month. • Education allowances, which can be used for schools outside of Saudi Arabia. • 2 flights per year. • When the position moves to site accommodation, meals, laundry, etc. will be provided.
