Job Description and Requirements You will have a minimum of six years of experience in a strong law firm or major corporation handling international project development. You will work directly with the clients from inception to completion and report to the Team Leader of the company’s Project Development & Finance Group. You must be currently licensed, admitted to practice, and in good standing in the United States, Canada, or the European Union. Duties & Responsibilities: Assist General Counsel, Associate General Counsel and other attorneys in marshalling and examining the law and facts pertinent to legal problems, in preparing legal documents and opinions, and in maintaining liaison with Management and Aramco’s operating organizations. Prepare and issue opinions and advice to Management with respect to standard corporate rights and obligations, standard contracts and agreements, and common statuary or similar requirements or with respect to areas of functional responsibilities. Review and advise on current legislation, treaties and governmental regulations which pertain to the Company’s operations. Maintain liaison with outside counsel and prepares statements of fact and law for their consideration and assists in the review and implementation of their opinions. Participate in activities of professional and technical legal societies. |
