Job Description and Requirements You will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Culture, or related disciplines, including at least 5 years of experience leading advisory projects or engagements, either in an in-house advisory capacity or in an external consultancy. In addition, prior experience developing and implementing best-in-class interventions to address employee engagement issues would be highly valued, as well as the ability to engage and influence a diverse set of stakeholders ranging from frontline supervisors through to Corporate and Executive Management. Duties & Responsibilities: Drive culture discussions Companywide and represent M&PDD;in a variety of contexts as a leading subject matter expert on culture. Manage a variety of Culture Practice activities, including project managing a variety of culture projects, ranging in size, scope, and impact. Lead the utilization of allocated project resources in the execution of culture projects. Engage with, and influence, a diverse set of stakeholders, including Corporate and Executive Management and internal customers. Manage the relationships with, and delivery of, a range of internal and external partners and suppliers. Be an exemplar in project management including a disciplined examination of business challenges and the development of locally relevant solutions, as referenced against global best practices. Provide scheduled and ad hoc reporting on culture projects, including contributions to the department-wide dashboard. |
