JOB SUMMARY The position is in line with the aggressive expansion plan to drive the transformations of the company, this position is one of the newly created positions transcending with the growth of the company to the next level of business excellence.
This position is based in KSA and involves high level of responsibility and self-motivation to achieve business growth, sustain consistency and alignment between our headquarters in UAE and our KSA country businesses.
Will be trusted with the full accountability to run the business KSA with the main role to plan, strategize, implement and provide mandates and inspire different stakeholders to achieve the required business goals and objectives. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage every aspect of expanding operation in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Lead the team in the country of KSA and provide mentoring, coaching and sales management
support.
Act as company’s representative in the country and managed whole local relationships with government entities, suppliers, vendors, partners and customers.
Develop annual budgets, profit targets, sales plans, growth plans for KSA. Targets in alignment with strategic objectives and implement strategies to achieve those plans.
Conduct extensive research regarding the market.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Collaborate with leadership to strategize how best to roll out the product line.
Synthesize monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and development
Network effectively with local clients and develop strong professional relationships
Work to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintained
Adapt the business model to be culturally relevant without losing its identity
Mentor direct reports, especially in regard to our values and vision
Prepare and present necessary meaningful reports for performance monitoring and corrective actions
Contribute to the overall global success of our company
