Job Description and Requirements Deep experience of developing business cases for new strategies or products. Duties & Responsibilities: Build an understanding of the technical attributes of key technologies, validates market-specific use cases, value propositions, and application concepts. Contextualize against established and emerging competitive offerings. Develop and implement commercialization and IP strategies for a portfolio of technologies. Work with relevant TOC and business leaders to prioritize resulting projects in line with commercial opportunities, revenue requirements, and strategic fit. Update strategies as new technical results and market data become available. Develop business cases for commercially viable technologies and prepare key inputs for Stage-Gate, including business case, value hypothesis, deployment plans, and competitive analysis. Provide updates to senior management on progress, and identify technical or commercial issues that require escalation, ensuring commercial derisking of technology projects. Coordinate with business lines, Engineering, and R&DC;project leads to facilitate the development of external relationships in support of technology development and deployment planning efforts. Develop and facilitate relationships with multiple stakeholders including TOC/R&D;/business managers/ Engineering/finance/legal counsel, individual and industry partners, investors, entrepreneurs, inventors, prospective and current licensees and other relevant colleagues across the wider business to drive the department’s vision and realize maximum value from development and deployment of Saudi Aramco technologies. Work with the necessary colleagues to prepare and execute confidential disclosure agreements, options and license agreements, in support of technology development and deployment. Oversee licensing contracts, review Process Design Packages, and participate in project kickoff meetings and P&ID;reviews. Ensure ongoing knowledge transfer/exchange with licensees. Agree the agenda and manage knowledge transfer meetings, facilitate preparation of knowhow and training manuals, and licensing training. Lead the collection of licensee data. Coach and mentor junior colleagues for successful performance. |
