Job Description and Requirements At least nine years of work experience with analyzers, preferably with gas chromatograph, Laser CO, FTNIR & Raman analyzers. Experience should be in oil and gas plants. Thorough knowledge of analyzer engineering practices and economic principles, calculation methods, knowledge of international standards and specifications. Understanding of refinery facilities; their physical and operational constraints, main economic drivers to maximize asset availability. Experience with Process Safety Directive, Pre-Start Up Safety Review (PSSR), and Management of Change (MOC) programs. Fluency in English, both verbal and written. Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare engineering design packages to install/modify online analyzers. Perform engineering troubleshooting of online analyzers. Perform technical assessment for analyzer performance. Integration of new projects into existing infra structure. Evaluate process changes and manage the change consequences in terms of analyzer specification and reactions. Evaluate potential analyzer obsolescence. Assess and review of repeated failures and bad actor analyzers. Perform control and update of analyzer documents (drawings, OIM, procedures, etc) to be up to date. |
