الوصف الوظيفي
• Resource with business degree (BBA or MBA) and having sound Marketing experience. However Technical knowledge addition would be plus. Preference is CV from Telecom, Banking or insurance
• Good at Marketing strategy formulation, Product Development, BI & Analysis development. Have experience in Telecom Marketing/Segmentation. Able to make new products, Pricing, business cases and create levers to retain customer
• Derive customer’s needs by analyzing behavioral trends and suggest new preposition for these groups of customers
• Create and manage Retention dashboards to enable Senior Management to review performance
• Retention or Value Management campaign management experience
• Experienced in heading BI and formulate in depth analysis for business showing trends and area for improvements
• Business operational skills and hands on experience in dealing with day to day operations
• Development of innovative, value adding, and compelling propositions built upon customer and prospect insight and research.
• Execute and analyze retention projects or tasks performance evaluation
• Aligning Retention KPIs with Retention initiatives and projects impact.
• Create and manage tracking sheet for Retention initiatives to enable Senior Management to review performance
• initiate retention capabilities improvement projects; like any IT system enhancement required for Mobility Fixed systems to enhance team capabilities.
• Identifying team needs and opportunities to support business objectives
• Strong communication and presentation skills
