الوصف الوظيفي
• Extensive technical knowledge & experience of the HP Service Manager (SM 9) including administration of the application and related operating components.
• Some knowledge & experience in HP Service Manager customization’s such as form customization’s, format controls and scripting Having some knowledge of database concepts (MS SQL or Oracle DB) systems and past administration of similar systems would be a plus Have broad knowledge of configuration management and asset management tools such as HPs uCMDB tool.
المهارات
• Experience in working within an ITIL based IT support environment and ITIL service delivery processeegs would be a plus Experience with supporting system relating to CMDB.
• Have broad knowledge of HP Operation Orchestrations and integrations into HP Service Manager and other systems.
