Coordinate the Internal & External Activities to execute sales Orders. Responsibilities:
Responsible for all the direct export sales processes of bricks
Analyze and present data relating to competitors, products and sales and assist in the preparation of business reports, contracts and presentations
Implement and monitor international customers’ segmentation & Service level adjustment by assisting the sales manager
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to ensure that customers’ requirements and expectations are met
Follow up with production department for on time delivery of order to build a strong relationship with customers
Assist the sales manager in Coordination, development and execution of key account strategy on all sales level
Coordinate all export exhibitions, conferences, customers’ visits and training workshops
Assist the Sales Manager with sales reports for setting the Sales plan and controlling the advertisements for export purpose
Provide monthly report containing export sales figures, marginal contributions to the head of Revenue department
Assist the sales manager by providing the useful data used in budgeting and planning
Get the feedback from customers regarding Bricks quality to use in periodic reports
All other duties as assigned by sales Manager

Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of export Law and Regulations.
