To act as bridge between company and the customers to achieve Sales & Marketing goals and objectives set for company without scarifying customer satisfaction. Also Responsible to manage all the sales and marketing team, setting job responsibilities and area for sales with targets by assisting the sales manager. Help the sales Manager in planning and development processes by providing him with necessary details.
Develop and implement an affective Sales plan under the direction of Sales manager in order to achieve objectives
Help and guide the sales team to achieve their sales targets. Provide assistance in (how to maintain competitive customer service level)
Ensure the sales pipeline is robust and supports the growth targets according to company vision and mission.
Manage the regional sales forecast on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis and forward the report to sales manager for future budgeting.
Build and maintain superior working relationships with existing and potential customers in order to maximize sales volume and customer satisfaction level.
Communicate effectively with other departments and sections in order to smooth workflow
Participate in solving all customer complaints and prevent any source of complaint during sales processes
Develop and train sales employees to achieve sales plan and to exceed the satisfaction of customer expectation
Monitor the sales operations to manage the sales (Management information system)so that the sales data can be used to drive team coaching, campaign, origination ideas and reporting
Identify the new market areas and make plan for sales men and sales officer how to enter in new market
Monitor customers ‘segmentation and market penetration with categorizing them maximum to minimum
Get the feedback of sales officers from market regarding bricks products Sales
Coordinate with sales manager with sales reports for setting the Sales plan and supply Management
Negotiate with customers for shipment and supply chain issues
Follow the quality standards and customer complaints against quality issues
All other duties as assigned by Sales Manager
