EAI Admin (IBM - MQ / MB and DataPower)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support critical/severity incidents.
• Deployment and troubleshooting in Java, MB and DataPower.
• Health Check for Service and EAI Infra Structure.
• MQ and MB upgrades.
• Support Outages
• Analyze defects raised by QA in production environment.
• RCA for production issues
المهارات
• Well versed in MQ and IIB Administration.
• Experience in Telecom Domain.
• Experience in MQ Cluster, Pub-Sub and Distributed environments.
• Well versed in Datapower Administration.
• Experience in both MQ and Http communication in Datapower.
• Exposure in eSQL programming to analyze issues in IIB.
• Trouble shooting skills - analyze, identify and provide solutions for application and technical related issues.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
• Knowledge in SQL/PLSQL
• Skillset Unix commands, shell scripting will be added advantage
• Exposure to ITIL process (Release / Change / Problem / Defect management)
