Job Description and Requirements
As the successful candidate, you will hold a bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering, Computing, Safety, Environmental Science, or Business from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree would be a plus.
You should have 10 years or more work experience in OE or a similar work environment.
You must have fundamental technical knowledge of ISO or EFQM, ISO Standards (17025, 9001, 14001, 45001), SMS and EMS, and be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in developing, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive management systems such as OE, ISO Standards, SMS, and EMS.
Lean/Six Sigma Certification, and/or quality manager certification is strongly desired.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:
Engage in OE system benchmarking internally and externally to identify OE performance targets, and work with senior leadership to develop plans and initiatives to promote and sustain targeted OE performance.
Serve as an SME to update and manage the change for OE model improvements, standards, procedures, processes, regulations, practices, and knowledge sharing across the corporation to achieve and sustain high OE performance in corporate focus areas.
Communicate and present to assigned organizations or at the corporate level OE strategies, directions, risks, opportunities, updates, revisions, and updates to OE documents.
Prepare schedules for assessments, develops and implements assessment plans, leads integrated corporate and “Due Diligence” assessments, reports findings, lessons, and best practices learned, and drives to instill them across the corporation.
Monitor OE implementation, identify OE performance gaps for focus areas and processes, and resolve overlapping and conflicting issues in OE processes.
Analyze OE performance using statistical tools like Lean Six Sigma to identify and prioritize OE implementation risks and gaps, establish and follow up on mitigation measures to minimize risks and gaps.
Engage in OE dialogues aimed at improving organization performance.
Participate and contribute in OE global events and professional societies.
