Job Description and Requirements AECOM is seeking to immediately hire a multi linguist Arabic translator. The qualifying candidate will work at AECOM, Riyadh office. **Job Duties:** + The position requires near-native to native level Arabic and English competency and if required could perform a translation test on the ILR scale between 3 and 5. Translator will be required to perform a full range of tasks, including but not limited to translation, summarization, and report writing. + Must be fluent in English and have strong English writing skills. + Must have experience translating and summarizing a wide variety of complex texts from the source language into English. These texts may contain difficult, idiomatic, contractual and writing. + Must be highly capable in Microsoft applications and internet research. + Must have the ability to review foreign language audio/video material and write/transcribe information into English with a high-degree of accuracy and expression. + Must be able to accurately capture contractual language, cultural subtleties, nuance, and emphasis. A level of mastery is contractual language essentials is required. + Provide training and guidance to junior entry level translator. **Specific Skills Required:** + Written and Verbal Communication Skills. + Computer Skills. + Interpersonal Skills + Time Management + Research Skills + Technical Skills. + Administrative Skills. + Communication Skills **Minimum Requirements** + Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in similar role in GCC preferably KSA. **Preferred Qualifications** + Graduate in any discipline |
