الوصف الوظيفي Supervise the implementation and redevelopment of section’s organizational structure. Supervise the implementation and updating courses for the section. Supervise the implementation, and updating performance measurement indicators of the section, and propose appropriate corrective actions based on the measurement results. Supervise the preparation and follow-up of the budget for the section. Supervise and coordinate with relevant departments, or third parties Supervise the implementation of automated systems for the section. Supervise the implementation of the section’s projects. Supervise the preparation of development, training, and succession plans. Mange the reviewing of accounting books, records, files and accounting reports. Manage the closing of general ledger monthly. Manage the closing of all expense accounts at the end of the period, and applying on all other accounts for the next period. Ensure supporting all accounting entries with adequate documents, and investigate contradictions. Manage payable and receivable activities (payable and receivable accounts reports, verification of invoices with purchase orders and receiving reports and conduct monetary and banking transactions). Manage maintaining accounting guide and make changes as required (add or modify general ledger accounts). Ensure providing daily support to section’s staff and provide assistance when needed. Manage the process of analyzing financial transactions to determine the accuracy and completeness of inputs. Ensure performing analytical tests on the experimental financial statements of the company. Ensure the cooperation with internal and external auditors and meet their demands. Ensure that systems, programs, operations and accounting reports are compatible with international accounting standards. Knowledge of security and safety means according to the approved company policy. Perform any other tasks related to accounting as needed and as assigned by the director of finance. Time line and accuracy in preparing trial balances. Accuracy of accounting procedures. Completion of accounting books, records and files. Matching accuracy between general accounting and sub-accounting systems. المهارات CMA /CPA / CFA 8 - 10 years of relevant experience.
