Job Title: Events Account Executive - Saudi National Only
Salary: 12-15K SAR per month
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

As our Account Executive, you will take ownership and drive the business across a portfolio of exciting international brands and regional power houses.
You will be tasked with developing content calendars, coordinating & leading on events, as well as developing growth and engagement strategies for the brands. This is a hands-on role to grow and evolve our clients events, developing a deep understanding of each brands business needs and development plans, whilst crafting close relationships with relevant team members & working from multiple venues on a weekly basis:
• Oversee the management of clients to ensure the best possible experience for brand consumers/stakeholders.
• Organize and help to direct events various venues on a monthly basis.
• Craft Live experiences & content for the brands to ensure high levels of engagement with the target audience.
• Craft conscientious organised, and clear communication across design, client servicing & development departments to ensure that campaigns are executed according to project plans.
• Support the execution of campaigns from conception to launch following deadlines and project plans.
• Produce regular and ad hoc reports and documentation for clients as requested.
• Identify and adapt to new channels and technologies, in line with industry trends.

What you’ll need:
• A Saudi Arabian Passport is a must
• Effectively communicate with a portfolio of clients via email, phone, presentations, and regular meetings
• Ability to handle pressure, long hours & deliver within deadlines
• Be a phenomenal teammate and contribute to the development of others
• Highly adaptive/have a real passion for the dynamic industry of events
• Be able to multi-task, think on your feet & exhibit attention to details
