Job Description
Must have:-

# ISTQB Foundation Certificate
Good To Have:-

# Model Based Testing tools and certifications
# Experience in Automation with exposure to Coding in different languages like Java, Python, JSON
Requirements & Responsibilities:
 Functional knowledge on ERP software system is a must
 Experience in Manual Testing and Automation is required
 Experience using and testing SQL, Dot Net for windows & web applications
 Experience in using defect tracking tools  Experience with performance testing
 Ability to work independently and multi-task across multiple projects
 Good written and oral communication is a must
 Minimum of two years’ experience in software quality assurance software testing required  Experience in MS SQL server will be preferred
 Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Help define quality assurance processes and checkpoints
• Experience in Writing and analyzing test plans, test cases, test scripts and other testing documentation.
• Drive testing processes prior to release to reduce errors and ensure projects are delivered accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform system and regression testing on a monthly and weekly schedule.
• Collaborate with other team members in a challenging work environment.
• Contribute toward initiatives that improve the consistency and quality of our products.
• Assess, analyze and mitigate application and data related issues.
• Adapt to the rapidly changing requirements of a growing organization.
- Understand requirements, prepare test cases and conduct test execution
- Understand test strategy, test plan and contribute in executing the test strategy, plan
- Create traceability matrix between requirements and testing artefacts and ensure optimum test coverage
- Support in preparing test data
- Identify, log defects and retest the defects
- Status reports to Managers
- Understand issues in time and raise it
- Support in peer reviews
- Knowledge management
