Job description / Role
Our client has created an exciting new concept focused on providing consultancy services and full management services for the F&B;sector. This role would suit an experienced restauranteur who has had experience in overhauling the operations of a business to enhance productivity and ultimately improve profit margins.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise all activities and services provided by various departments to current & potential clients.
• Meeting clients on a regular basis to understand the needs, fill the gaps and assure high standard services.
• Assess client restaurants and give recommendations for improving various aspects of the business, with the end goal of attracting more customers and increasing profit
• Conduct in-depth observations of restaurant clients and engage in market research, taking note of competitors and target demographics.
• Develop thorough and detailed business strategies, reports, analysis, and forecasting, as well as concept development.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Management or Culinary Field
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in F&B;, hospitality operations or consultancy.
• 33 – 38 years of age
• Fluent in written and spoken in Arabic & English
• Strong communication, leadership & managerial skills.
